This modern penthouse spans the top two floors of the building, fully connected internally, and functions like a private two-level villa in the heart of the city — completely separate from the rest of the building. It offers 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the 4th floor, accommodating up to 8 guests. The 5th floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a beautiful outdoor space. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers (one ensuite in a double bedroom) and a third bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. For your convenience, the penthouse is easily accessible via an elevator, and a smart TV with satellite channels is available for your entertainment.
